Are You Yeti to Read? Youth Winter Reading Challenge

(December 18, 2023 – January 27, 2024)

The Mukwonago Community Library invites kids from Mukwonago to participate in a Winter Reading Challenge! Read at least 10 hours and you will earn a voucher to see an Admirals Hockey game. Anyone who completes the challenge will also earn a digital ticket for a chance to win a Yeti Grand Prize. Happy Reading Mukwonago!

A Dr. Seuss Celebration

Celebrate the work of Dr. Seuss through reading, crafting, and more. Revisit your favorite book characters like Fox in Socks, My Many Colored Days, and Green Eggs and Ham. Complete each activity and earn fun badges. Complete the challenge an earn a book from the prize book collection and a door hanger.

Celebrate Diversity through Picturebooks

Just for fun, explore our diverse world by reading diverse picture books. Read at least 30 titles to complete the challenge but read them all to earn more badges. Additional titles will be added over time, so check back frequently to find more books to enjoy.

Celebrate the work of Eric Carle through reading, crafting, and more. Revisit your favorite book characters like The Mixed-Up Chameleon, Brown Bear, and, of course, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Earn badges just for fun by completing each activity.
