Betty Brinn Children’s Museum Passes!

That’s right, the library now has two passes to the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum that you can check out! Each pass admits up to 6 people and includes discounted parking.

Winter Reading Challenge: Now through Jan. 26th

Warm up those cold winter days and nights with a great book and enter MCL’s Winter Reading Challenge for a chance to win prizes! Simply sign-up at the front desk and start reading! For kids, teens, and grownups.

Purple Springs Memory Cafe: Jan. 24th, 9:30 am – 11 am

Author Talk – “The Great War Comes to Wisconsin”: Jan. 28th @ 6 pm

Join author and historian Dr. Richard Pifer as he examines Wisconsin’s response to WWI, and his book, “The Great War Comes to Wisconsin.” Discover how the home front experience illuminates the meanings of patriotism and the ways in which patriotic fervor impacted the people of our state.

Groundhog Day Play Event: Feb. 2nd, 10 am – 3 pm

Explore stations throughout the library experiencing all things wise and wonderful about shadows and groundhogs. There will be predictions, books, games, puzzles, crafts, physical challenges, and contests. Fun for families of all ages.
