This is a 2-stage adjustable knife sharpener: Diamond stage 1: sharpens knives & removes major dings; Ceramic stage 2: polishes and hones knives. Both stages are fully adjustable from 14 to 24 degrees/side. A scissor sharpener sharpens inside and outside scissor edges.
