Can't make it to the library during regular hours? No problem! The Mukwonago Community Library has contactless smart lockers right outside the Library. Pick up your holds anytime—day or night, seven days a week. It's a library service that works around YOUR schedule.
How it works
Place a hold on a library item using your CAFÉ library card.
Select Mukwonago Locker Pickup as your pickup location.
When your items are ready, our staff will check them out to your account and place them in the outdoor lockers.
You'll get an email or text with your unique access code.
Enter or scan your code at the locker screen. One of our 34 lockers will automatically pop open with your items inside.
Grab your items, close the door, and you're done!
Important Details
- Pickup location must be selected when placing the hold – items can't be moved from the inside shelf to lockers.
- The Thingery items and Lucky Day items are not available for smart locker pickup.
- Items may not be available immediately after placing a hold.
- You have 5 days to pick up your items before they're returned to the shelf.
- A $5.00 fee will be charged if items aren't picked up within 5 days.
- Items are checked out to you once placed in the locker and become your responsibility.
- You can share your access code with someone else to pick up for you.
- Report any damage to items immediately upon pickup.
