Event Details

Mixed Media Basics offers beginning artists that chance to explore basic techniques and properties of different art media. The focus of this class is the familiarize yourself with what can be done with each media, and not on a finished project.

This month will we work on a process called stitch-over. Using fabric remnants, washers, buttons, and more, we will learn how to use embroidery floss and stitch over the items to create beautiful original art!

All materials are provided. Registration is required in advance as space is limited.
