1000 Books Before Kindergarten

This is a long-term reading program where the challenge is to read or share 1000 books before the child completes her first year of Kindergarten. Sign up anytime throughout the year.

For ages birth through approximately 4 years-old.

Lapsit Storytime

Select Thursday Mornings at 10:00 am

This is a program designed for children and their caregivers to enjoy together. It features Mother Goose, books, songs, bouncy rhymes, fingerplays, and lots of interaction between little ones and their caregivers. See our events calendar for specific dates.

For ages birth to 36 months plus a caregiver.

Preschool Storytime

Select Wednesday Mornings at 10:00 am

This is a traditional storytime featuring books, songs, and fingerplays. Caregivers are encouraged to remain with their children during the program and participate in all activities. See our events calendar for specific dates.

For ages 3-6 years old. Caregivers welcome.

Sensory Storytime

Select Fridays at 10:00 am

Children will explore different sensory areas while reading tactile books, listening to audiobooks, and hearing stories read aloud. See our events calendar for specific dates.

For families with young children.

Family Film Night

Gather up your friends and head to the library for an evening of family fun. Be sure to wear your pajamas and snuggle into a pillow and blanket or a bean bag chair. Popcorn will be served. Call the library at (262) 363-6411 for specific movies titles. See our events calendar for specific dates.

Paws To Read
